A consultant reviews everything before submission to the embassy.

What are your payment and cancellation terms?

Accepted Answer

Bookings are confirmed with an advance (typically 25–50% depending on the service), with the balance due before travel or visa submission. We never take payment before sharing a written quotation. Cancellation refunds follow airline, hotel and embassy policies — visa fees are non-refundable once an application is submitted. Full terms are shared in writing with every quote.
